Dharma vs. Religion

  • Why are there so many religions?
  • Which one should I follow?
  • Do I even need a religion?

Religion draws boundaries around our lives. It prescribes rules, defining what we should and shouldn’t do, how to live, and how to think. Religion often confines us within these limits.

Dharma, on the other hand, is based on our natural tendencies. It provides a platform without restrictions, offering space for growth. Dharma gives us freedom to make our own choices. Freedom and openness are its core principles.

Identify your Dharma and Xtasify your life. Explore the infinite space of possibilities it offers.

The Dilemma of Life: Dharma

  • What should we do?
  • How should we live?
  • What are our duties?
  • These questions arise throughout our lives, creating internal conflicts. Our heart says one thing, while our mind says another. So, what is the right path?

Every life is unique, with its own inherent properties. These properties form our Dharma—the foundation on which our life grows. Dharma is the platform where human life flourishes and ultimately reaches Moksha (freedom from the cycle of birth and death).

When our choices align with our properties, life flows effortlessly. Otherwise, we spend our time in dilemma, confusion, sadness, or pain.

Xtasify yourself to discover the true you within, and let your life flow naturally, like water in a river.

The Deceptive Nature of Happiness

Happiness

  • We often chase happiness, believing it to be the ultimate goal. But what if I told you that happiness, as we understand it, might actually be the source of our discontent?
  • Have you ever felt empty inside, even when you’re supposed to be happy?
  • Despite moments of joy, do you find yourself feeling restless, tense, or like something important is missing?
  • Are there desires that remain unfulfilled?
  • And what about your needs—are they truly your real needs, or just fleeting wants?

Let’s dive deeper into this.

When your awareness shifts away from yourself and focuses on something external, you experience happiness. But this happiness is temporary, often leaving you with a sense of emptiness once the moment passes.

When something or someone forces you to confront your inner self, you experience sadness. It’s a reminder of the disconnection within.

True bliss comes when you are fully aware of yourself, by your own accord. It’s a deep, enduring state of contentment and peace that doesn’t depend on external factors.

The practices you engage in to turn your awareness inward and connect with your true self are known as Sadhana.

At Xtasify, we help you transform your life by guiding you to discover the hidden bliss within. We’re here to show you that the key to a fulfilling life isn’t found in chasing happiness, but in understanding and embracing your true self.

Our Body: The Illusion of Identity

  • Who are we, really?
  • Are we just our body? Or our mind? Or something beyond—consciousness?
  • What truly defines us?

We often identify ourselves with our body, but this is an illusion. Let’s break it down: if you remove a part of the body—say a hand, an eye, a leg—you still exist. We say, “My hand, my eyes, my face,” but who is this “my”?

The truth is, we are pure consciousness using the mind and body to interact with the world. The body is merely a set of sensors—eyes to see, skin to feel, ears to hear, nose to smell, and tongue to taste.

So, how do we break free from this illusion?

Xtasify yourself to identify the real you within—the purest and most blissful you.

Mind: The Relentless Servant

  • What do you feel about your mind?
  • Are you stuck in a thought pattern or a situation that seems impossible to break free from?
  • Do you struggle to find answers, while others seem to know the way?
Our mind is a restless servant.

It’s a process, not an object. The mind cannot stay idle; it always needs something to do. If you don’t direct it, it will find its own distractions. The direction your mind takes is shaped by your social, educational, economic, and religious conditioning.

The real challenge arises when we start giving too much importance to the mind—it then becomes the master of our life. This shift can lead to confusion, frustration, and a lack of clarity.

But you have the power to change that.

Xtasify yourself to become the master of your mind and live in ecstasy. Don’t let the mind dictate your life; instead, guide it to serve your higher purpose.

Consciousness: The Ultimate Journey

Who am I?
Isn’t this the question we all ponder at some point in our lives?
What is the purpose of our existence? Why do we often struggle to achieve what we desire?

Life is a game of consciousness.

The mind is merely a tool to help us navigate our day-to-day activities, but it’s not the essence of who we are. The true essence is consciousness, the main character in this grand play of life. Consciousness is the silent observer that witnesses everything happening to us. It uses the mind and body as instruments to experience and create within the material world, often expressing itself through emotions.

There are four states of consciousness:

  • Wakeup: In this state, we are aware only of what our senses allow us to perceive. Our focus is limited to what we can see, hear, touch, taste, or smell.
  • Dream: This state places us in a world entirely created by the mind. Here, our awareness is confined to this virtual reality, disconnected from the physical world.
  • Deep Sleep: In this state, we are completely unaware of everything. Our senses, mind, and even our awareness of ourselves are at rest. It is a state of deep, dreamless sleep where the mind and body are rejuvenated, but there is no conscious awareness.
  • Awakened/Turiy: This is the highest state of consciousness. Here, we remain aware of our true self, at all times. Unlike the other states, here, we do not get lost in the distractions of the material world or the illusions of the mind. We remain rooted in our true nature, experiencing ultimate awareness and bliss.

Those who elevate their consciousness, live in a constant state of bliss, untouched by the distractions of the material and virtual worlds.

Xtasify your life to awaken your consciousness. And discover the profound bliss that lies within.

Love and Lust: Understanding the Difference

Do you truly know what love is?
Do you find yourself falling in love often, yet never feeling satisfied?
Does your experience of love often lead to sadness, pain, and restlessness?

We all encounter something beautiful and immediately feel drawn to it, believing we’ve found love. It starts with joy, but over time, that joy can turn into sorrow and pain. We start blaming circumstances, people, or even ourselves, but the truth lies deeper.

There are two powerful forces at play: Lust and Love.

It’s a natural human tendency to want to possess everything that we find good or attractive. This desire to own or achieve something is driven by lust. Lust is about wanting, getting, and acquiring. It’s a pursuit driven by a sense of lack, where the primary goal is to obtain something we believe will complete us.

On the other hand, love offers something entirely different—it gives you ultimate freedom. Love is not about possession or demands. It’s about giving without expecting anything in return. When you accept someone or something exactly as they are, without any conditions, you are experiencing true love. In love, it doesn’t matter if the object of your affection is near or far, yours or someone else’s. Love allows you to soar freely, without the chains of expectation or attachment.

Xtasify yourself to discover the true essence of love in your life. Experience the ultimate freedom that love brings. When you embrace love in its purest form, you will find a profound sense of peace and fulfillment within.

Live a Truly Healthy Life

Healthy Life

What does it mean to be healthy?

Is it just the absence of illness, or is there something deeper that defines true health?

Imagine a life where you’re not just free from sickness, but where your mind, body, and consciousness are in perfect harmony.

Mind, Body, and Consciousness—these are the pillars that make us complete.

When these three aspects are balanced, we experience true wholeness. This state of wholeness is not just physical health but a profound sense of well-being, where every part of you is in sync, functioning as one.

In Sanskrit, we use the word “स्वास्थ्य” (Swasthya) for health.

Ready to transform? Join us at Xtasify and start your journey to a healthier, more complete you. Let’s make health more than just the absence of illness—let’s make it a state of true wholeness.

Let’s break it down:

  • “स्व” (Swa) means “self” or “one’s own.”
  • “स्थ” (Stha) means “to stay,” “to be established,” or “to be in a state.”

Together, “स्वस्थ” (Swastha) means “being in oneself” or “established in oneself.” It’s about being in a state of balance, harmony, and inner peace. Add the suffix “य” (“–ya”), and we get “स्वास्थ्य” (Swasthya)—a word that captures the essence of true health.

Here’s the truth:

Focusing only on the absence of illness won’t make you truly healthy. Real health comes when you are “being in self” or “established in oneself.” It’s about aligning your mind, body, and consciousness to create a state of bliss and balance.

This is where Xtasify comes in.

At Xtasify, we believe in transforming you into a healthy being—not just by avoiding illness, but by guiding you to truly xtasify yourself. Through our coaching, you’ll discover how to live a life of bliss, balance, and profound well-being.
