While we strive to ensure that all clients are satisfied with their sessions, we understand that certain circumstances may require refunds. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Client Cancellations:
- Full Refund: If a cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, we will offer a full refund.
- Partial Refund: For cancellations made 24-48 hours before the session, a 50% refund will be issued.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds. However, clients may request a rescheduling option, subject to availability.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refund on Services: Refunds are only applicable to services that are canceled according to the timelines outlined in the cancellation policy. No refunds are granted once a session has been completed.
- Prepaid Packages: For prepaid packages of multiple sessions, refunds for unused sessions will be provided upon request, minus an administrative fee of 10% of the package cost.
- Dissatisfaction: Due to the subjective nature of our services, refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction after a session has been completed. However, a follow-up session at a discounted rate may be offered to address the client’s concerns.
3. Special Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event of medical emergencies or other serious issues, we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team immediately to discuss your situation.
4. Xtasify Cancellations
If Xtasify needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be given the option to reschedule at their convenience or receive a full refund for the session.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the request’s approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. No Refund for Digital Products (if applicable)
For any digital downloads, recorded content, or educational materials offered through Xtasify, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided after the purchase is completed.
7. Return Policy
- Physical Products (if applicable): We do not offer refunds for physical products. However, if a product arrives damaged or the wrong product is sent, we will replace it at no additional cost. To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide a photo of the damage or issue.
- Digital Products and Services: As our primary offerings are digital services and consultations, returns are not applicable.
